About Me

I'm Nhan and I’m so glad you’re here.

Do you feel it's time to free yourself of limiting thoughts and emotions that hold you back, and to be happy? I'm here to help you declutter your mind and build a healthy relationship with your own thoughts and emotions.

As a coach, I’m not here to push you towards doing what I think is right. For me coaching is about understanding and really seeing you as the person that you are, trusting and respecting that you know the best what you want for yourself, and supporting and guiding you towards achieving that. This is about YOU and what YOU want.

Becoming a coach I’m living the life that I didn’t realise until recently I always wanted and was meant to have. I get to do what I love and am passionate about every day, to share what I know to help others while growing at the same time with them.

Why coaching? Through my own journey of personal growth and coaching, being on both sides, I rediscovered my true self, and being my authentic self in everything I do has been one the biggest transformations I’ve had over the past few years.

We are capable of more than what we think we can. And everyone deserves to live the life they want. I want to share my experience and discoveries, lessons learned to empower you to make positive changes and transform your life. I want to make an impact with what I do, and that's what coaching gives me. It gives me energy, fulfillment and nothing is more rewarding when I get to witness the positive changes in my clients' lives.

But I didn’t start here. It’s been an exciting journey and I’m grateful for every opportunity and every challenge I had along the way. This is what makes us who we are.  The person I am today, my greatest strengths come from my experiences, often the hardest ones; they led me to where I am today.

From the outside looking in you might think I’ve got it all figured out. But to be honest, I'm still facing my own fears, getting things wrong, getting stuck, feeling I'm not good enough for the next big thing... I think that’s part of being human. I do not let those things stop me though. I believe in hard work, showing up and taking actions - where you're now doesn't have to be where you end up. I'm on my own journey of creating the life I want, towards my  success. And I'd be honoured to have the opportunity to help you do the same. Only you can do the work but I can guide you and be there to support you along the way. This is a judgement free, safe space where what I care about is helping you.

I hope you join me on this exciting journey!

A little bit about me if you want to read on...

I was born in Hanoi, Vietnam. That’s home, my first home. I have the happiest childhood memories, growing up in a big and very close family. I can still remember riding everyday on the back of grandad’s bicycle, making the usual stop to get lottery tickets - he loved them! Not long before my 7th birthday, me and mum left for Moscow to join my dad. That’s my second home, where I lived for 10 years. Amazing 10 years of my life, learning Russian while playing with the other kids in the playground, going to a local school and making friends for life. Part of me will always relate with Russia and I still go back when I can, my girls who I’ve been friends with since school are there. In 2002 I left for the UK to do my A Levels, then my Bachelors, before moving to London in 2007 where I’ve lived since. So London is now home too. I'm fortunate to have had such an incredible experience in different countries, and this no doubt shaped me as a person I'm today.

Straight after university I lived a corporate life as a tax consultant in the financial services industry. Almost 9 years later I made a career move from tax to tech,  joining a small startup. Apart from knowing how to use my laptop and iPhone, I didn’t know a single thing about tech at the time. I was just so excited about the opportunity, the team and all the new things I was about to learn and explore. Those were 4 exciting years, a great experience with an incredible bunch of people who felt like family, not just colleagues.

In 2020, the circumstances led my initial plans for a career break and travelling instead to one of the best decisions I've made  - to certify as a coach and a change of career. I realised that’s where my passion is and that it has been an innate part of me all along. This is what makes me happy, gives me a feeling of fulfilment and accomplishment, gives me motivation and drive for taking further actions, often uncomfortable and challenging ones.
